With a combined experience of 31 years as licensed agents helping thousands of buyers and sellers nationwide, Robert “Woody” and Vicky Watson are certainly no strangers to the real estate industry. They know what it means to be prepared and how to navigate an ever-changing real estate market, having developed built-in strategies to help their clients succeed through the booms, as well as the recessions.
They know that their success is dependent on your success. Their priority is to work with integrity and put others first in their business. Which is why they have chosen to partner with REMAX and REMAX SunQuest, in order to provide their clients with the top real estate company and all it has to offer.
Choosing Team Watson means choosing agents with integrity, professionalism, and experience to get the job done. A team who tells the facts with wisdom and care and who puts their clients’ success first.
A Different Perspective
In addition to being the dynamic Team Watson, Woody and Vicky have owned Sky American, Inc., a hot air balloon company based in Grand Rapids, for more than 35 years. They are blessed to have been one of the top balloon competitors nationally and internationally. They have flown the REMAX balloon for the past several years.
Though they are currently stepping back from flying the REMAX balloon statewide in order to focus on their clients, Woody and Vicky still use their flying expertise have fun with their clients. “We have a way to look for a home that no other agent does.” By floating overhead, they are able to do a roof inspection, check the property lines, and get a real bird’s eye view of the neighborhood.
About Team Watson
Woody and Vicky have Grand Rapids roots that go back for generations and are making roots of their own, with four children and three beautiful grandchildren.
They truly care for their clients, as well as their community. Out of each sale, they give to many organizations: local schools, the Children’s Miracle Network, West Michigan Teen Challenge, Compassion International, and the Susan B Komen Foundation, to name a few.
Being a part of the community is important to them, as well. Through mentoring, leadership, and simply being a neighbor, Woody and Vicky give back with their time.
